Born right here in Central Florida, Charlie has been an Orlando resident his entire life. Ever since he was a child he  had an entrepreneurial and business mindset, often spending his free time on the weekend searching for treasures at thrift stores and garage sales to sell at local flea markets. Throughout college, Charlie worked as a mortgage loan officer in a local mortgage brokerage in Winter Park. Here he quickly learned the ins and outs of the real estate industry and how to deliver tremendous customer service to real estate agents and home buyers. After graduating college in only 3 years with a degree in psychology at the University of Central Florida and having a long love for his hobby in photography, he knew that starting his own photography business for real estate just made sense. Charlie quickly earned business and has shot hundreds of homes throughout the neighborhoods of Central Florida for over a hundred different real estate agents. Charlie not only understands exactly how to work with agents when shooting, editing, and delivering photos and videos but also understands the value of quick communication and availability. When he is not shooting homes for sale, Charlie enjoys lifting weights at the Oviedo YMCA, reading nonfiction books, cooking vegetarian dishes, and playing billiards.
